Our Cancellation & Deposit Policy:
Currently, Shine Med Spa does not require deposits for consultation or treatment appointments.
If a consultation or treatment appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed; as defined as presenting more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, then the following deposits will be required prior to scheduling additional appointments:
- 1st Occurrence: A $50 deposit will be required to schedule future appointments.
- 2nd Occurrence: 50% of the value of the service being scheduled must be deposited at the time of scheduling.
- This policy is subject to change with little to no notice.
